Mark Shaw
Mark is a customer advocate; his job is to represent the customer within Modica. He’s been doing this in the digital industry for over a decade. Mark also operates at a strategic level and understands how to gather all key information from our customers to then translate it into a detailed brief for his design and development teams.
In the past couple of years he has been heavily involved in social media in New Zealand and has developed strategies for The New Zealand Rugby Union, Saint Clair Family Estate and Crusaders Rugby.
His love of this medium has seen him recognised as a subject expert amongst his peers. He also has considerable experience in account management which is backed up by a solid technical background – this makes Mark ideal for his role at Modica.
