Telecom Dispute Resolutions

Telecom Disputes Resolution website.

Hello? Hello?

Having a dispute with your telephone or internet provider used to feel fairly one-sided, with the might of some of New Zealand’s biggest companies on one side, and just you on the other. Thankfully, the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) service, which came into being in November 2007, is here to help. TDR is a free and independent service to help work out disputes between consumers and telecommunication companies. Its job is to investigate complaints fairly, listen to both sides of the story and look at the facts.

TDR realised from the start that a website would be a key channel to advise consumers as to what type of disputes it can and can’t consider, guide people through the complaints process, and give them a clear understanding as to which companies are part of the scheme. The site needed to be accessible, friendly, professional and easy to use.

Friendly & Professional

Breathe Communications was commissioned to provide a full web service, from creative concepts through to hosting. Breathe provided a comprehensive information architecture, working with TDR to ensure the most relevant and requested content was easily accessible, whilst the creative development delivered a warmly professional brand presence. The site included a content management system to allow administrators full access to the content as well as enabling scheme members to securely access documentation. The site was delivered on a tight deadline, on time and on budget.
