The Disputes Resolution Service (DRSL) is a specialist dispute resolution company offering a variety of services, to an audience ranging from individuals to large organisations, with a focus on ACC and Telecommunications disputes. They are an internationally accepted alternative to solving disagreements which might otherwise end up in court.
Their new site needed to capture their nature as a professional, credible business while also providing a contact point for those who need their services. The new design is welcoming, but also has empathy with an audience that is often low on patience by the time they seek DRSL’s help.
The Breathe team created a site which provides guides, tools and advice designed to help people through the often complicated disputes & review process.
The content managed site (built in Drupal), gives the DRSL team the freedom to easily update and manage their site - crucial in an industry that needs to respond quickly to changes in policy or procedure.
